Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
After processing, your order is shipped and you will receive tracking information when available.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier performance:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–12 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days

These are estimates. Delivery may take longer due to customs, weather, peak seasons, or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or displayed based on your selected shipping option.

We may offer promotions such as:

  • Free shipping above a minimum order value (when available)

Tracking

Most orders include tracking. If tracking is available, it will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your order is returned due to an address issue, we may:

  • reship it (additional shipping may apply), or

  • refund it (minus shipping/handling where applicable)

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (International Orders)

For shipments outside your country, customs fees, duties, and import taxes may apply. These charges are set by your local government and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  1. Check with household members/neighbors

  2. Contact the carrier to open a case
