At CalmHome Upgrades, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (when possible).

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number/receipt).

  • Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons (see “Non-returnable items”).

How to Start a Return

Email us at nanakwesi4567@gmail.com with:

  • your order number

  • the item(s) you want to return

  • the reason for the return

  • photos (if the item arrived damaged or incorrect)

We’ll reply with the next steps and return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video.
We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: typically 5–10 business days (varies by bank/payment provider)

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, damaged), we may cover the return shipping or provide an alternative solution.

  • For other returns (e.g., changed mind), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless required by law.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Items marked final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling

  • Certain hygiene-related items (if applicable)

Cancellations

If you contact us quickly, we may be able to cancel an order before it is processed/shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Unnecessary chargebacks may delay resolution and future service.
